All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Refunds (U.S. & International)

We offer what you are eligible for:
- ✅ Full refund if you don’t receive your order.
- ✅ Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time.
- U.S.: 1–7 business days (processing excluded).
- International: 45 business days (processing excluded).
- ✅ Full or partial refund if the item received is not as described.
- Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
All our products are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. To initiate a refund, please send us an email at support@abetcut.com with your Order ID and details of the issue.
Refunds are processed within 7–10business days after approval, back to your original method of payment.
Easy Returns
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days after delivery.
Returns accepted within:
- U.S.: 30 days of delivery
- International: 30–60 days of delivery (depending on the product type)
- You will need to return the product at your expense.
Please note: For product exchanges, customers will also be responsible for all applicable shipping fees.
- Please contact us before sending any item back so we can authorize the return and guide you through the steps.
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Face & body products (if opened/used).
- Underwear, swimwear (if seals are broken).
- Pierced jewelry (if tampered).
